LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — CES 2019 may officially be over, but a group of local students are showcasing the advancement they’ve made in technology.
“I have some Minecraft pages, I have some pictures,” explained Divaughnn Schere while showcasing the website he made. His site also includes video games he designed. It should be noted, Schere is nine-years old.
“In the future we’re going to have tons of robots and we need people to program those robots,” exclaimed the fourth grader.
From web design to robotics and the creation of video games and apps, dozens of local kids spent Saturday showcasing the advancements they’ve made in computer science and programming. Read more here.
