Our customized curriculum (written in-house) is project-based and provides an opportunity for students to explore various aspects of Computer Science. Our session do not follow the traditional ‘classroom teaching environment’, instead our students to work at their own pace, and ask questions as needed. An instructor is always nearby to assist and help them to understand the concepts and material they are learning.
We teach a variety of different programming languages. We believe a diversified approach to programming provides students with many avenues of exploration, and allows each student to focus on what interests them most. For beginners, we teach the foundations of programming using Scratch, a language built specifically for kids. Scratch is a block-based coding language to get children familiar with the logic and syntax of computer code. For more intermediate coders, we use typed languages including but not limited to: Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. For advanced coders, we dive into the more robust programming languages such as C# and Java. This is where we introduce our students to more difficult programming concepts as their programming skills really start to flourish.

We currently teach the following programming languages:

  • Scratch
  • Python
  • HTML/CSS
  • JavaScript
  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • Lua
  • C/C++
  • C#
  • Java
Yes! We encourage parents to be as involved as possible with their child’s learning with us. Parents can login to our Portal website, where you can track your child’s progress, as well as see what upcoming assignments they will be working on. We also provide regular Student Progress Meetings where we discuss your child’s progress in detail.

Although we do not require homework, we encourage students to continue learning between their sessions. Our curriculum is created to be used both in-center and at home.

The time it takes to learn concepts and complete projects varies from student to student. Our curriculum extends from simple coding concepts, all the way through to college-level learning. Each student learns and works at a different pace. Your child’s coding experience, motivation, and learning style all affect how quickly they will work through their projects.
